The 2009 Annual Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, February 13th at the Sturbridge Host Hotel in Sturbridge, MA. Social hour will begin at 5 p.m. with a buffet dinner following at 6 p.m. Awards will follow dinner. Please stay tuned for ticket information. A group room rate at the Sturbridge Host Hotel is available for members wishing to stay over at the hotel the night of the banquet. Rates are $109/single or double, $119/triple, and $129/quad. Attention Ride Program Members:
Your ride hours need to be sent to Toni Gregoire before 31st of December to receive year end awards. You can send them to oakieqh1@aol.com or 73 Sleepy Hollow Rd Athol, Ma. 01331.
To be eligible you must have paid the $25.00 one time fee. You must maintain your membership or you have to pay the fee again if membership has lapsed, have attended 2 meetings, have your hours recorded for the year. Minimum 1/2 hour increments.
